 Removed the oven and stove top. Repositioned free standing stove, added microwave.

 

 Added wall of cabinets, moved frig....

 Removed and replaced pantry closet and part of the wall

 

 Replaced light fixture, repaired walls and shutters, paint

Removed carpet from stairs and installed vinyl planking.

 

Widened the doorway from kitchen to original living room, moved sink.

    

Exterior: new shutters on east living room window.

 

Front porch: removed swamp cooler, new shutters on front window, house numbers, porch light

New mailbox, trimmed giant pine trees

Painted the garage and recovered the stairs
